Delivery Policy

Refunds Policy

If any of our products fall below the high standards you expect please return them within 7 days and we will happily refund or exchange the item. Please have your invoice or order number to do this.

If you change your mind within 7 days, we are happy to refund or exchange the product provided it is returned, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags, labels and accessories. Please have your invoice or order number to do this.

If your product develops a fault:

How do I return a product?

  1. Go To Our Customer Help Desk located http://support.xs-stock.com
  2. Submit a new customer ticket
  3. Please include as much information regarding the request as possible and as directed.
  4. Click Submit. Our customer services team will pick this up and reply within 24 hours of you submitting this (Excludes Weekends and Holidays)
  5. You will be directed to the best returns option for you at this point and we will make it as stress free as possible.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
